Kenny Burrell

Kenny Burrell, ageless at 80, will astound you with his bebop & blues gymnastics as he has done to the jazz world for the past 60 years.  The Detroit-born legend made his recording debut with the master, Dizzy Gillespie, in 1951 and has gone on as a seminal figure in jazzas a musician, instructor and educator serving since 1996 as Director of Jazz Studies at UCLA.

It all happens in the intimate setting of a hillside home with awesome acoustics.
